Systematic production

Products are manufactured in batches following the receipt of written production orders, which contain detailed instructions regarding the required mixing and emulsification processes, manufacturing regulations and industrial safety measures.

Stringent quality criteria are defined for each product, which are controlled by the test laboratory. A batch is only released for manufacture by the test laboratory when all these criteria have been fulfilled.

Filling plants are available for filling bottles, canisters and barrels, as well as bulkcontainers.

The vessels are labelled with the appropriate content description and bear a ten-figure batch number as a visible mark of approval.

A batch protocol is written for each batch, containing details about the raw materials used, manufacturing conditions, and the analysis data recorded by the test laboratory. In addition to this, a control sample of each batch is stored for 2 years.
