Only a phone call away One of HWR-CHEMIE’s strengths is its special marketing system. A dense sales network with a technically trained field sales force guarantees personal contact with customers and professional advice. This sales force always endeavours to demonstrate the products to the customer, who can then be immediately convinced of their effectiveness and shown how to use them correctly there and then.By providing product descriptions and safety data sheets, we give our customers all the information they require to enable them to use our products correctly. The national expansion of our marketing network means that these technically trained sales representatives can also provide advice for customers in all branch offices at national level. Our comprehensive assortment of assembled goods means that we are in a position to ship customer orders (which can be placed with our sales force, as well as directly by telephone, fax or post) within one working day. Company vehicles are used for deliveries within a radius of 100 km. Otherwise orders are delivered nationally within 24 hours by transport companies or parcels services. Depending on customer requirements, our products can be supplied in 1 litre bottles, 10 and 30 litre canisters, 60, 120 and 210 litre barrels, or 1,000 litre containers. A whole range of special products are also available in spray cans.
