Our special service is the motivated and trained HWR team, personal advice and practical instruction on location carried out by a committed sales force, or advice given by telephone by friendly and expert staff at our plant.

The customer always finds an open ear for his problems, and our staff attempt to provide solutions immediately. In the event of our advisers not being able to come up with an answer straight away, they can call upon the experience of company specialists from the fields of chemistry, technical systems or hygiene.

We also provide our customers with all the necessary product descriptions, EU safety data sheets and operating instructions.

Furthermore, we are in a position to prepare cleaning and hygiene plans for our customers, to create HACCP concepts specifically designed for foodstuff-processing companies, and to organise schooling programmes.

The new national foodstuffs hygiene statute obliges all foodstuff-processing companies, irrespective of size, to implement quality assurance in line with the HACCP principle ( hazard analysis and critical control points ).

This involves a considerable amount of time, effort and expertise, which often cannot be provided by internal employees. Here HWR-CHEMIE can offer a company and hazard analysis in all areas relevant to foodstuff safety, assessment and recording of critical control points, preparation of an individual HACCP manual, definition of test and monitoring procedures using uncomplicated checklists, regular employee schooling, and regular external tests carried out by our staff.
